Notice:

1. 1) Due to the holiday, the Liquidity providers (LPs) will delete all limit orders at the close of the market.


2. 2) Except for the time during the market closed, online customer service hours remain the same. Please pay attention to the actual arrival time for withdrawals after the holidays, it may takes longer than usual. The actual arrival time of the funds mainly depends on the processing time of different banks, sorry for the inconvenience.


3. 3) The maintenance margin ratio has to be 300% or more before the market close prior to holidays. Otherwise, we may limit your risk exposure by applying a lock to your positions. Technically, locked positions are positions of equal size on the same account on the same instrument but in opposite directions (buying and selling). The lock may cost more investment funds than usual, clients should pay more attention to the maintenance margin ratio whether it close to or not enough 10% on the holidays. If the margin ratio is close to or not enough 10%, clients can deposit the funds on the holidays, we will arrange the deposit as soon as possible before the market is opened to avoid the risk of the margin closeout.
