In addition, local banks in Hong Kong and the company's settlement department will suspend operations on October 2, 2023, and local deposits, wire transfers, and withdrawals will be suspended during Hong Kong's public holidays.
If customers need it on the above days, please arrange fund transfer in advance.

The actual arrival time for customers' withdrawals after the holidays may be slightly longer than usual. This mainly depends on the processing time of different banks. Customers are advised to pay attention. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
