Notice of trading hours and deposit and withdrawal arrangements during Christmas/New Year's Day holidays
 
As 25 December 2024 (Wednesday) and 26 December 2024 (Thursday) are Christmas holidays / 01 January 2025 (Wednesday) is the New Year's Day holiday, there will be special arrangements for the Company's trading products, trading hours and deposit and withdrawal services, and the arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

In addition, local banks in Hong Kong and the settlement department of the Company will suspend business on 25 December 2024, 26 December 2024 and 1 January 2025, and local deposits, telegraphic transfers and withdrawals will be suspended during Hong Kong holidays. 
 
Please note that due to the holiday, all unfilled limit orders will be automatically cancelled after the market closes. If necessary, please reset the limit order after the market opens on the next trading day. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
 
Tips:
If necessary, please arrange fund transfer in advance to avoid insufficient margin due to market fluctuations.
 
Before the market closes during the holiday, if the maintenance margin ratio is less than 100% and there are any orders in the account, the position will be automatically locked (so that the number of buy and sell orders in the account is equal) to ensure that there will be no unexpected losses due to the market gap when the market opens after the holiday.
